DAY1
Arrival in Osaka - Kyoto
Upon arrival at Osaka Airport, meet and greet with our local representative and transfer to your hotel in Kyoto. Check in to the hotel (standard check-in time: 2:00 PM) and relax after your journey.
The remainder of the day is free for leisure and exploration at your own pace. You may visit Kyoto's charming streets, traditional districts, local markets, or simply soak in the city's rich cultural atmosphere. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kyoto. -
DAY2
Kyoto Arashiyama Fushimi Inari and Nara Deer
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Kyoto and Nara. Visit the enchanting Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, one of Japan's most iconic natural attractions, followed by the famous Fushimi Inari Shrine, renowned for its thousands of vibrant red torii gates winding through the forested hills.
Later, continue to Nara Deer Park, home to hundreds of friendly free-roaming deer and some of Japan's most significant cultural landmarks.
After an exciting day of sightseeing and cultural exploration, return to your hotel in Kyoto by evening. The rest of the day is free for leisure and personal activities.

DAY3
Kyoto to Osaka by Bullet Train
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and proceed to the railway station to board your bullet train to Osaka. Upon arrival in Osaka, make your way to the hotel and complete the check-in formalities.
The rest of the day is free for leisure and exploration at your own pace. You may visit Osaka's vibrant shopping districts, enjoy local street food, explore nearby attractions, or simply relax and soak in the lively atmosphere of the city. Overnight stay at the hotel in Osaka. -
DAY4
Universal Studio Japan
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Universal Studios Japan, one of the most popular theme parks in the world. Spend the entire day enjoying thrilling rides, exciting attractions, live entertainment, and themed zones including Super Nintendo World™, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™, Minions Park, Jurassic Park, and Hollywood Area.
After an action-packed day of fun and adventure, return to Osaka city in the evening.

DAY5
Departure from Osaka
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy some free time at leisure. Check out from the hotel by 12:00 noon and later transfer to the airport for your flight back home. Depart with wonderful memories of your Japan holiday and unforgettable experiences in Kyoto and Osaka.

Exchange Rates
The cost of foreign exchange component will be collected in Indian Rupees as per forex card rate (Rate on xe.com + 1 INR) as on date of full and final payment from the proceed of foreign Exchange purchased from an authorized dealer under BTQ.

Any city tax, if applicable, will be paid by the client at the time of check in. It is not payable in advance. Hence, it is not part of our quote.

Visa Regulations
The decision to grant visa is taken solely by Embassy/High Commission of the respective country. Tripathlon Holidays is not responsible in case visa is delayed/not granted to the client for any reason. Visa fees include only VFS charges (if applicable) and fees levied by embassy. Any other optional charges like SMS, Courier, Premium Lounge, scanning charges, etc., will be payable extra.

The itinerary is subject to change due to any reasons. The changes may be due to unexpected demonstrations, special events, weather conditions, local conditions, or other circumstances out of the control of the travel company.

Airfare Terms
Any airfare cost given in proposal is subject to availability of seats at the time of booking. If cost is increased, then same will be charged to client.

Hotel Terms
All rooms offered are standard in nature. Upgrade subject to additional charge and availability. Hotel(s) might ask for a refundable Security Deposit at the time of check-in, which is payable in Cash or by Credit Card. The value and currency of the deposit might vary as per the hotel policy. Hotel Check in will be b/w 2 to 3pm and Hotel Check out time will be b/w 11 to 12 noon.

Passengers are requested to ensure that the Passport/travel is valid for 6 months beyond the intended stay of this trip.
