    Arrival in Bali

    Upon arrival at Bali International Airport, meet and greet our local representative and enjoy a comfortable transfer to your Private Pool Villa.

    Upon arrival, complete the check-in formalities (standard check-in time: 2:00 PM). The remainder of the day is free at leisure. Relax in the comfort and privacy of your villa, take a refreshing dip in your private pool, or simply unwind amidst Bali's tranquil tropical surroundings.

    Ubud & Swing Park

    After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for an exciting full-day tour to explore the scenic beauty of Bali.

    Begin your journey with a visit to a spectacular viewpoint overlooking the majestic Mt. Batur, where you can admire the breathtaking volcanic landscape from a distance. Continue to a local Coffee Plantation to learn about traditional coffee-making processes and sample some of Bali's famous brews.

    Next, experience the famous Pioneer Swing with an Active Package, which includes access to the Single Swing, Bed Swing, Romantic Swing, Chicken Nest, Bird Nest, and Sky Bed—perfect for capturing unforgettable photographs amidst Bali's lush tropical scenery.

    Later, visit the stunning Tegenungan Waterfall, one of Bali's most beautiful natural attractions, surrounded by verdant greenery and picturesque landscapes.

    After the tour, return to the hotel and relax.

    Nusa Penida West Island Tour with Local Lunch

    Early in the morning, you will be picked up from the hotel with a breakfast box and transferred to the jetty for your speedboat departure to Nusa Penida Island (approximately 6:30 AM).

    Upon arrival, embark on a memorable Nusa Penida West Island Tour on a private basis. Explore some of the island's most spectacular attractions, including the iconic Kelingking Beach with its dramatic cliff formations, the picturesque Broken Beach, the natural infinity pool of Angel’s Billabong, and the crystal-clear waters of Crystal Bay.

    Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant during the tour while taking in the island's breathtaking scenery.

    Later, transfer back to the jetty and board the speedboat to Bali. Upon arrival, return to your hotel and relax.

    Departure from Bali

    Enjoy breakfast at your Private Pool Villa and spend the morning at leisure, soaking in the last moments of Bali's tropical charm. Check out of the villa by 12:00 noon.

    Later, you will be transferred to Bali International Airport for your onward flight back home. Depart with cherished memories of your luxurious villa stay and unforgettable experiences in the Island of the Gods.

Term & Condition

  • Exchange Rates

    The cost of foreign exchange component will be collected in Indian Rupees as per forex card rate (Rate on xe.com + 1 INR) as on date of full and final payment from the proceed of foreign Exchange purchased from an authorized dealer under BTQ.

  • TCS (Tax Collected at Source)

    2% TCS will be applicable on the Package Cost (unless otherwise mentioned in quotation).

  • Other Taxes

    Any city tax, if applicable, will be paid by the client at the time of check in. It is not payable in advance. Hence, it is not part of our quote.

  • Visa Regulations

    The decision to grant visa is taken solely by Embassy/High Commission of the respective country. Tripathlon Holidays is not responsible in case visa is delayed/not granted to the client for any reason. Visa fees include only VFS charges (if applicable) and fees levied by embassy. Any other optional charges like SMS, Courier, Premium Lounge, scanning charges, etc., will be payable extra.

  • Program Terms

    The itinerary is subject to change due to any reasons. The changes may be due to unexpected demonstrations, special events, weather conditions, local conditions, or other circumstances out of the control of the travel company.

  • Airfare Terms

    Any airfare cost given in proposal is subject to availability of seats at the time of booking. If cost is increased, then same will be charged to client.

  • Hotel Terms

    All rooms offered are standard in nature. Upgrade subject to additional charge and availability. Hotel(s) might ask for a refundable Security Deposit at the time of check-in, which is payable in Cash or by Credit Card. The value and currency of the deposit might vary as per the hotel policy. Hotel Check in will be b/w 2 to 3pm and Hotel Check out time will be b/w 11 to 12 noon.

  • Passport Validity

    Passengers are requested to ensure that the Passport/travel is valid for 6 months beyond the intended stay of this trip.

Force Majeure - In no event shall Tripathlon Holidays be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, but not limited to, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services.
