    Arrival in Hanoi

    Upon arrival at Hanoi International Airport, meet and greet our local representative and enjoy a comfortable transfer to your hotel.

    Upon arrival, complete the check-in formalities (standard check-in time: 2:00 PM). Later in the afternoon, proceed for a Half-Day Hanoi City Tour, exploring some of the capital city's most iconic landmarks and cultural attractions.

    Visit the famous Hanoi Train Street, a unique and vibrant attraction where trains pass through a narrow residential street lined with cafés and local shops. Experience the charm of Hanoi's bustling atmosphere and capture memorable photographs of this remarkable location.

    After the tour, return to the hotel and relax.

    Ninh Binh Tour

    After breakfast at the hotel, depart for a full-day excursion to Ninh Binh Province, located approximately 110 km south of Hanoi. Known as the "Halong Bay on Land," Ninh Binh is famous for its stunning limestone landscapes, tranquil rivers, and rich historical heritage.

    Upon arrival, visit the picturesque Tam Coc – Bich Dong area, where dramatic limestone karsts rise majestically from lush rice fields. Enjoy a scenic boat ride along the Hoang Long River, passing through the famous Tam Coc caves and soaking in the breathtaking natural beauty of the region. This serene landscape offers excellent opportunities for photography, especially during the rice harvest season.

    Continue to Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam during the 10th and 11th centuries. Explore the historic temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le, two revered national heroes who played a significant role in establishing Vietnam's early independence and founding the ancient capital.

    Later in the afternoon, return to Hanoi.

    After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a fascinating excursion to the famous Incense Village, one of the most colorful and photogenic cultural destinations near Hanoi.

    Hanoi to Halong Bay by Cruise shuttle

    After an early breakfast at the hotel, depart from Hanoi for the scenic drive to Halong Bay by Cruise shuttle, one of Vietnam's most spectacular natural wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

    Upon arrival at Tuan Chau International Harbour, complete the check-in formalities and board your luxury overnight cruise. Enjoy a welcome drink and safety briefing while settling into your cabin.

    As the cruise sets sail through the breathtaking limestone karsts and emerald waters of Halong Bay, savor a delicious lunch on board while admiring famous landmarks such as Ba Hang Fishing Village, Dinh Huong Islet, Cho Da Islet, and Ga Choi (Fighting Cocks) Islet.

    In the afternoon, visit the magnificent Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave, one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Halong Bay. Continue to Titop Island, where you may relax on the beach, enjoy a swim, or climb to the summit for panoramic views of the bay's stunning landscape.

    Return to the cruise and unwind on the sundeck while enjoying the magical sunset over Halong Bay. Participate in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration and learn the secrets of traditional local cuisine.

    Later, enjoy a sumptuous dinner on board. The evening is free for leisure activities such as squid fishing, relaxing on deck, enjoying onboard entertainment, or indulging in spa services (optional).

    Halong Bay to Hanoi by Cruise Shuttle

    Start your day with an optional Tai Chi session on the sundeck as the cruise sails through the tranquil waters of Halong Bay. Afterwards, enjoy a light breakfast on board while taking in the stunning scenery.

    Later, embark on a guided excursion to Luon Cave, one of Halong Bay's most picturesque natural attractions. Explore the cave and its surrounding lagoon by traditional bamboo boat, gliding through calm waters amidst spectacular limestone formations and lush vegetation.

    Return to the cruise and relax before checking out of your cabin. Enjoy a delicious brunch on board as the vessel slowly cruises back towards the harbour, offering one last opportunity to admire the breathtaking beauty of Halong Bay.

    Upon disembarkation at Tuan Chau Harbour, board your shuttle transfer back to Hanoi.

    Upon arrival in Hanoi, transfer to your hotel and check in. The remainder of the day is free at leisure.

    Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and spend the morning at leisure. Check out of the hotel by 12:00 noon.

  • Exchange Rates

    The cost of foreign exchange component will be collected in Indian Rupees as per forex card rate (Rate on xe.com + 1 INR) as on date of full and final payment from the proceed of foreign Exchange purchased from an authorized dealer under BTQ.

  • TCS (Tax Collected at Source)

    2% TCS will be applicable on the Package Cost (unless otherwise mentioned in quotation).

  • Other Taxes

    Any city tax, if applicable, will be paid by the client at the time of check in. It is not payable in advance. Hence, it is not part of our quote.

  • Visa Regulations

    The decision to grant visa is taken solely by Embassy/High Commission of the respective country. Tripathlon Holidays is not responsible in case visa is delayed/not granted to the client for any reason. Visa fees include only VFS charges (if applicable) and fees levied by embassy. Any other optional charges like SMS, Courier, Premium Lounge, scanning charges, etc., will be payable extra.

  • Program Terms

    The itinerary is subject to change due to any reasons. The changes may be due to unexpected demonstrations, special events, weather conditions, local conditions, or other circumstances out of the control of the travel company.

  • Airfare Terms

    Any airfare cost given in proposal is subject to availability of seats at the time of booking. If cost is increased, then same will be charged to client.

  • Hotel Terms

    All rooms offered are standard in nature. Upgrade subject to additional charge and availability. Hotel(s) might ask for a refundable Security Deposit at the time of check-in, which is payable in Cash or by Credit Card. The value and currency of the deposit might vary as per the hotel policy. Hotel Check in will be b/w 2 to 3pm and Hotel Check out time will be b/w 11 to 12 noon.

  • Passport Validity

    Passengers are requested to ensure that the Passport/travel is valid for 6 months beyond the intended stay of this trip.
