Day Wise Itinerary

    DAY

    Arrival in Hanoi

    Upon arrival at Hanoi Airport, meet and greet with our local representative and transfer to your hotel. Check in to the hotel (standard check-in time: 2:00 PM) and relax after your journey.

    Later, proceed for a half-day Hanoi City Tour, exploring some of the city's most iconic landmarks and cultural attractions. Experience the vibrant atmosphere of Hanoi as you visit the famous Train Street, where trains pass through a narrow residential lane lined with cafés and local homes. Enjoy the unique charm of Vietnam's capital before returning to the hotel.

    Hanoi to Sapa by Sleeper Bus

    After breakfast at the hotel, check out and transfer to the bus station for your sleeper bus journey to Sapa. Sit back and enjoy the scenic drive through the picturesque countryside of northern Vietnam. The journey takes approximately 6–7 hours.

    Upon arrival in Sapa, transfer to your hotel and complete the check-in formalities. The rest of the day is free for leisure and exploration at your own pace. You may stroll through the town center, enjoy the mountain views, visit local markets, or simply relax amidst the serene surroundings.

    Sapa – Fansipan Mountain – Sapa

    After breakfast at the hotel, meet your local guide and proceed towards the cable car station for an exciting excursion to Fansipan Mountain, known as the "Roof of Indochina." Experience the world-famous Fansipan Cable Car, one of the longest and highest cable car systems in the world, offering spectacular panoramic views of Sapa's valleys, mountains, and lush landscapes.

    Upon reaching the upper station, continue your journey to the summit of Fansipan (3,143 meters). To reach the peak, visitors can either climb approximately 600 steps, which takes around 1.5 hours for a round trip, or opt for the mountain climbing train (available at an additional cost of approximately 150,000 VND per way).

    Enjoy breathtaking views from the summit, capture unforgettable photographs, and take in the beauty of Vietnam's highest mountain. After the visit, descend by cable car and return to Sapa town.

    Transfer back to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

    Sapa – Cat Cat Village – Moana – Sapa

    After breakfast at the hotel, meet your local guide and driver for an exciting day exploring the cultural and natural beauty of Sapa.

    Begin with a scenic trek downhill to Cat Cat Village, home to the Black H'Mong ethnic community. Enjoy spectacular mountain views and picturesque landscapes as you walk through the valley. Upon reaching the village, continue to the beautiful Cat Cat Waterfall and the historic French-built Hydroelectric Power Station. Take time to capture memorable photographs at the waterfall and suspension bridge while learning about the local culture and traditions.

    Later, proceed to Moana Sapa, one of the region's most popular photography and sightseeing attractions. Explore its unique landmarks, including:

    • Bali Heaven Gate – A stunning replica of Bali's famous split gate with panoramic mountain views. • Moana Statue – A towering sculpture inspired by the spirit of adventure and nature. • Infinity Pool – A picturesque water feature with a white piano, creating a magical photo setting. • Golden Hand – A giant hand sculpture overlooking the breathtaking Sapa landscape. • Swing Over the Abyss – A thrilling swing offering spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.

    Sapa – Dragon Glass Bridge – Sapa

    After breakfast at the hotel, meet your guide and driver for an exciting excursion to the renowned Dragon Glass Bridge, one of the most spectacular attractions near Sapa.

    Located approximately 16 km from Sapa Town on the famous O Quy Ho Pass, the Dragon Glass Bridge (also known as Rong May Glass Bridge or Cloud Dragon Bridge) sits at an elevation of over 2,200 meters above sea level. Built along a dramatic mountainside cliff, the bridge extends approximately 60 meters in length and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range and the valleys below.

    Experience the thrilling Glass Elevator, a transparent lift that descends nearly 300 meters along the mountainside, providing an unforgettable floating sensation above the stunning landscape.

    Step onto the Glass Bridge Deck, constructed from multiple layers of tempered glass and designed to the highest safety standards. From here, enjoy spectacular views of Fansipan Peak, rolling valleys, and the surrounding mountains.     Sapa to Hanoi by Sleeper Bus

    After breakfast at the hotel, check out and transfer to the bus station for your sleeper bus journey back to Hanoi. Sit back and enjoy the scenic drive through the beautiful mountains and countryside of northern Vietnam. The journey takes approximately 6–7 hours.

    Upon arrival in Hanoi, transfer to your hotel and complete the check-in formalities. The remainder of the day is free for leisure and relaxation after your journey.

    Departure from Hanoi

    After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy some free time at leisure. Check out from the hotel by 12:00 noon and later transfer to Hanoi Airport for your flight back home.

  • Exchange Rates

    The cost of foreign exchange component will be collected in Indian Rupees as per forex card rate (Rate on xe.com + 1 INR) as on date of full and final payment from the proceed of foreign Exchange purchased from an authorized dealer under BTQ.

  • TCS (Tax Collected at Source)

    2% TCS will be applicable on the Package Cost (unless otherwise mentioned in quotation).

  • Other Taxes

    Any city tax, if applicable, will be paid by the client at the time of check in. It is not payable in advance. Hence, it is not part of our quote.

  • Visa Regulations

    The decision to grant visa is taken solely by Embassy/High Commission of the respective country. Tripathlon Holidays is not responsible in case visa is delayed/not granted to the client for any reason. Visa fees include only VFS charges (if applicable) and fees levied by embassy. Any other optional charges like SMS, Courier, Premium Lounge, scanning charges, etc., will be payable extra.

  • Program Terms

    The itinerary is subject to change due to any reasons. The changes may be due to unexpected demonstrations, special events, weather conditions, local conditions, or other circumstances out of the control of the travel company.

  • Airfare Terms

    Any airfare cost given in proposal is subject to availability of seats at the time of booking. If cost is increased, then same will be charged to client.

  • Hotel Terms

    All rooms offered are standard in nature. Upgrade subject to additional charge and availability. Hotel(s) might ask for a refundable Security Deposit at the time of check-in, which is payable in Cash or by Credit Card. The value and currency of the deposit might vary as per the hotel policy. Hotel Check in will be b/w 2 to 3pm and Hotel Check out time will be b/w 11 to 12 noon.

  • Passport Validity

    Passengers are requested to ensure that the Passport/travel is valid for 6 months beyond the intended stay of this trip.
