Arrival in Rome
Upon arrival at Rome Airport or the train station, proceed to your hotel in Rome and complete the check-in formalities (standard check-in time: 3:00 PM). The remainder of the day is free at leisure. You may choose to relax after your journey, stroll through the charming streets of the Eternal City, enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, or simply soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Rome at your own pace. Overnight stay at the hotel in Rome. -

Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill Guided Tour
After breakfast at the hotel, make your own way to the meeting point for a guided tour of the iconic Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill (Arena Floor access not included). Step back in time as you explore the magnificent Colosseum, once the stage for gladiatorial contests and grand spectacles. Continue to the Roman Forum, the heart of ancient Roman civilization, and discover the ruins of temples, basilicas, and public spaces that shaped the Roman Empire. Visit Palatine Hill, one of Rome's seven hills, offering fascinating archaeological sites and panoramic views over the Eternal City. After the tour, the remainder of the day is free for you to explore other famous sights of Rome at your own pace. You may wish to visit the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, or simply wander through the charming streets and savor authentic Italian cuisine. Skip-the-Line Group Tour of the Vatican, Sistine Chapel & St. Peter's Basilica
After breakfast at the hotel, make your own way to Vatican City for a Skip-the-Line Group Tour of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's Basilica. Discover one of the world's greatest collections of art and history as you explore the magnificent Vatican Museums. Admire Michelangelo's breathtaking masterpiece in the Sistine Chapel and visit the awe-inspiring St. Peter's Basilica, one of Christianity's most sacred and iconic landmarks. After the tour, the remainder of the day is free at leisure. You may choose to explore other parts of Rome at your own pace, visit charming piazzas, enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, indulge in shopping, or simply wander through the city's historic streets and soak in its timeless atmosphere. Departure from Rome
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and spend the morning at leisure. Check out of the hotel by 12:00 noon. Later, proceed to Rome Airport or the train station for your onward journey to your next destination. Depart with wonderful memories of the Eternal City and the unforgettable experiences of Rome and Vatican City. Safe travels!

Exchange Rates
The cost of foreign exchange component will be collected in Indian Rupees as per forex card rate (Rate on xe.com + 1 INR) as on date of full and final payment from the proceed of foreign Exchange purchased from an authorized dealer under BTQ.

2% TCS will be applicable on the Package Cost (unless otherwise mentioned in quotation).

Any city tax, if applicable, will be paid by the client at the time of check in. It is not payable in advance. Hence, it is not part of our quote.

Visa Regulations
The decision to grant visa is taken solely by Embassy/High Commission of the respective country. Tripathlon Holidays is not responsible in case visa is delayed/not granted to the client for any reason. Visa fees include only VFS charges (if applicable) and fees levied by embassy. Any other optional charges like SMS, Courier, Premium Lounge, scanning charges, etc., will be payable extra.

The itinerary is subject to change due to any reasons. The changes may be due to unexpected demonstrations, special events, weather conditions, local conditions, or other circumstances out of the control of the travel company.

Airfare Terms
Any airfare cost given in proposal is subject to availability of seats at the time of booking. If cost is increased, then same will be charged to client.

Hotel Terms
All rooms offered are standard in nature. Upgrade subject to additional charge and availability. Hotel(s) might ask for a refundable Security Deposit at the time of check-in, which is payable in Cash or by Credit Card. The value and currency of the deposit might vary as per the hotel policy. Hotel Check in will be b/w 2 to 3pm and Hotel Check out time will be b/w 11 to 12 noon.

Passengers are requested to ensure that the Passport/travel is valid for 6 months beyond the intended stay of this trip.
