    Arrival in Baku

    Upon arrival at Baku International Airport, meet our local representative and proceed with your transfer to the hotel. Arrive at the hotel and complete the check-in formalities (standard check-in time: 2:00 PM).

    The remainder of the day is free for you to explore the fascinating city of Baku at your own pace. Stroll along the scenic Baku Boulevard overlooking the Caspian Sea, wander through the charming streets of the Old City, admire the city's unique blend of historic architecture and modern skyscrapers, or relax at one of the many cafés and restaurants.

    You may also choose to visit popular attractions such as Fountain Square, Nizami Street, or enjoy panoramic views of the city skyline illuminated by the iconic Flame Towers.

    Baku City Tour

    Breakfast at the hotel. Today, embark on a comprehensive Baku City Tour and discover the fascinating blend of ancient heritage and modern architecture that makes Azerbaijan's capital so unique.

    Begin your sightseeing journey with a visit to the historic Old City (Icherisheher), a UNESCO World Heritage Site featuring narrow cobbled streets, traditional architecture, and iconic landmarks such as the Maiden Tower and Shirvanshahs' Palace. Continue to Highland Park for breathtaking panoramic views of Baku Bay, the Caspian Sea, and the city's impressive skyline.

    Admire the world-famous Flame Towers, stroll along the beautiful Baku Boulevard, and explore the lively Fountain Square and Nizami Street, known for their vibrant atmosphere, shopping, and cafés. The tour also includes a photo stop at the spectacular Heydar Aliyev Center, renowned for its futuristic architecture and striking design.

    After exploring the city's most famous attractions, return to the hotel. The remainder of the day is free for leisure.

    Gabala and Tufandag

    Breakfast at the hotel. Today, embark on a full-day excursion to Gabala, one of Azerbaijan's most scenic mountain destinations, known for its breathtaking landscapes, lush forests, and stunning views of the Greater Caucasus Mountains.

    Enjoy a picturesque drive through the Azerbaijani countryside as you make your way to Gabala. Upon arrival, visit the famous Tufandag Mountain Resort and experience an exhilarating cable car ride, offering spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding valleys, forests, and mountain peaks.

    Spend time exploring the beautiful mountain scenery and enjoying the fresh alpine atmosphere. Depending on time, you may also visit some of Gabala's popular attractions, scenic viewpoints, and recreational areas.

    After a memorable day amidst nature and mountain landscapes, return to Baku in the evening.

    Absheron & Shopping Tour

    Breakfast at the hotel. Today, set out on an exciting Absheron Peninsula & Shopping Tour, combining Azerbaijan's fascinating cultural heritage with modern shopping experiences.

    Begin your journey with a visit to the Absheron Peninsula, home to some of the country's most iconic attractions. Explore the famous Ateshgah Fire Temple, a historic place of worship associated with the region's ancient fire-worshipping traditions. Continue to Yanar Dag, the legendary Burning Mountain, where natural flames have been burning continuously for centuries, showcasing Azerbaijan's nickname as the "Land of Fire."

    After sightseeing, enjoy time for shopping at one of Baku's popular shopping centers or local markets, where you can browse for souvenirs, local products, international brands, fashion, and unique Azerbaijani handicrafts.

    Later, return to the hotel. The remainder of the evening is free for leisure.

    Departure from Baku

    Breakfast at the hotel and check out by 12:00 noon.

    The remainder of the day is free at leisure until your scheduled transfer. Depending on your flight departure time, proceed with your transfer to Baku International Airport for your flight back home.

  • Exchange Rates

    The cost of foreign exchange component will be collected in Indian Rupees as per forex card rate (Rate on xe.com + 1 INR) as on date of full and final payment from the proceed of foreign Exchange purchased from an authorized dealer under BTQ.

  • TCS (Tax Collected at Source)

    2% TCS will be applicable on the Package Cost (unless otherwise mentioned in quotation).

  • Other Taxes

    Any city tax, if applicable, will be paid by the client at the time of check in. It is not payable in advance. Hence, it is not part of our quote.

  • Visa Regulations

    The decision to grant visa is taken solely by Embassy/High Commission of the respective country. Tripathlon Holidays is not responsible in case visa is delayed/not granted to the client for any reason. Visa fees include only VFS charges (if applicable) and fees levied by embassy. Any other optional charges like SMS, Courier, Premium Lounge, scanning charges, etc., will be payable extra.

  • Program Terms

    The itinerary is subject to change due to any reasons. The changes may be due to unexpected demonstrations, special events, weather conditions, local conditions, or other circumstances out of the control of the travel company.

  • Airfare Terms

    Any airfare cost given in proposal is subject to availability of seats at the time of booking. If cost is increased, then same will be charged to client.

  • Hotel Terms

    All rooms offered are standard in nature. Upgrade subject to additional charge and availability. Hotel(s) might ask for a refundable Security Deposit at the time of check-in, which is payable in Cash or by Credit Card. The value and currency of the deposit might vary as per the hotel policy. Hotel Check in will be b/w 2 to 3pm and Hotel Check out time will be b/w 11 to 12 noon.

  • Passport Validity

    Passengers are requested to ensure that the Passport/travel is valid for 6 months beyond the intended stay of this trip.
