DAY1
Arrival in Osaka - Kyoto
Arrive at Osaka Airport, where you will be warmly welcomed by our representative. Enjoy a comfortable private transfer to your hotel in Kyoto. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel (standard check-in time: 2:00 PM).
The remainder of the day is free at leisure to explore the enchanting city of Kyoto at your own pace. Wander through its historic streets, visit traditional temples and shrines, or indulge in local Japanese cuisine.

DAY2
Kyoto Arashiyama Fushimi Inari and Nara Deer
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Kyoto and Nara. Visit the enchanting Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, one of Japan's most iconic natural attractions, followed by the famous Fushimi Inari Shrine, renowned for its thousands of vibrant red torii gates winding through the forested hills.
Later, continue to Nara Deer Park, home to hundreds of friendly free-roaming deer and some of Japan's most significant cultural landmarks.
After an exciting day of sightseeing and cultural exploration, return to your hotel in Kyoto by evening. The rest of the day is free for leisure and personal activities.

DAY3
Bullet Train from Kyoto to Tokyo
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and proceed to Kyoto Station to board the world-famous Shinkansen (Bullet Train) to Tokyo. Sit back and enjoy a smooth and comfortable journey through Japan's scenic countryside.
Upon arrival in Tokyo, transfer to your hotel and complete the check-in formalities (standard check-in time is after 2:00 PM).
The remainder of the day is free for leisure. Explore the vibrant city of Tokyo at your own pace, discover its bustling shopping districts, modern architecture, entertainment hubs, and unique cultural attractions.

DAY4
Full Day Mt Fuji Tour
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a full-day excursion to the breathtaking Mount Fuji region. Visit the famous Arakurayama Sengen Park, renowned for its spectacular views of Mount Fuji and the iconic Chureito Pagoda. Continue to the charming Hikawa Clock Shop Street, a picturesque location offering unique views of Mount Fuji framed by traditional Japanese streets.
Later, visit Oshino Hakkai, a beautiful village known for its crystal-clear spring ponds fed by the snowmelt of Mount Fuji. Stop at the popular Lawson Fujikawaguchiko Town Hall viewpoint, one of the most photographed locations with Mount Fuji in the background.
Continue to Oishi Park, offering stunning seasonal flower displays and panoramic views of Lake Kawaguchi and Mount Fuji. Depending on the season, enjoy a stroll through the scenic Maple Corridor, famous for its vibrant autumn foliage and picturesque landscapes.
After an unforgettable day exploring the Mount Fuji region, return to Tokyo by evening.

DAY5
Tokyo City Tour
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a half-day Tokyo City Tour covering some of the city's most iconic landmarks and attractions. Visit the historic Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa, Tokyo's oldest and most famous Buddhist temple, and experience the vibrant atmosphere of Nakamise Shopping Street.
Continue to the world-famous Shibuya Crossing, one of the busiest pedestrian intersections in the world, and enjoy views of the city from the iconic Tokyo Tower. The tour also includes other notable sightseeing points, offering a glimpse into Tokyo's unique blend of traditional culture and modern innovation.
After the tour, the remainder of the day is free for leisure. You may explore Tokyo at your own pace, indulge in shopping, visit local attractions, or enjoy the city's vibrant dining and entertainment scene.

DAY6
Departure from Japan
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy some free time at leisure until check-out. Complete the check-out formalities by 12:00 noon and later transfer to the airport for your flight back home.

Exchange Rates
The cost of foreign exchange component will be collected in Indian Rupees as per forex card rate (Rate on xe.com + 1 INR) as on date of full and final payment from the proceed of foreign Exchange purchased from an authorized dealer under BTQ.

Visa Regulations
The decision to grant visa is taken solely by Embassy/High Commission of the respective country. Tripathlon Holidays is not responsible in case visa is delayed/not granted to the client for any reason. Visa fees include only VFS charges (if applicable) and fees levied by embassy. Any other optional charges like SMS, Courier, Premium Lounge, scanning charges, etc., will be payable extra.

Any airfare cost given in proposal is subject to availability of seats at the time of booking. If cost is increased, then same will be charged to client.

Hotel Terms
All rooms offered are standard in nature. Upgrade subject to additional charge and availability. Hotel(s) might ask for a refundable Security Deposit at the time of check-in, which is payable in Cash or by Credit Card. The value and currency of the deposit might vary as per the hotel policy. Hotel Check in will be b/w 2 to 3pm and Hotel Check out time will be b/w 11 to 12 noon.
